Talk about a crowning achievement. We are swooning over Tula Pink’s dashing Prince Charming collection for Free Spirit Fabric.
This fairy-tale fabric line in serene colorways of indigo, olive and coral features frolicking silhouettes, frogs and falling dew drops. Prince Charming includes 30 quilting cottons, four laminates and six voiles.
Tula’s signature twist on traditional damasks and paisleys can also be spotted in her Parisville line, a confectionary collection in a punch-packing palette of key limes, hot pinks and electric blues.
Designs are decadent with a rockstar edge, from romantic floral motifs to dramatic graphics of ship coiffures nestled in Marie Antoinette’s curls. In 28 cottons and four laminates, these French prints would make a fabulous apron or handbag. We used a juicy pomegranate floral to fashion our retro-chic Day to Night Dress (IJ907). Ooh la la!
We’ve long been a fan of Tula’s, even using a lovely green-and-brown print from her Plume collection to create our Quick-Tie Topper (IJ886). Browse her other collections and blog for more creative inspiration.
