Your Order Ships Within 48 Hours
Your order is important to us! We are committed to shipping it to you within two working days of receiving it (excluding weekends and holidays). Actual delivery time will vary depending upon the weather and number of days it takes the carrier to get your package from our warehouse in Kansas City, MO to your address! Please see the general delivery times section below for more information.
Payment Methods:
Please note we for online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, & PayPal payment only. You are also welcome to send a check or money order in US dollars only for the amount of your purchase AND shipping charges (see table below for shipping amount due) to: Indygo Junction, PO Box 30238, Kansas City, MO 64112.Please note orders placed in the state of Kansas will be charged the current state sales tax %.
Domestic Shipping:
Our shipping costs are based on the dollar amount of the order. Please refer to the chart below for shipping charges. We ship via UPS Ground for orders $29.99 or more and USPS First Class Mail for orders less than $30. **Please note we cannot ship UPS Ground to a PO Box. If your order is over $29.99, please provide a street address for shipping.
We strive to process and ship all order within 48 business hours (excluding holidays). If you would like expedited shipping, please call us at 913-341-5559 to place your order. Please note that additional charges will be added for expedited shipping.

$29.99 - $49.99 - $7.95 S&H
$50.00 - $74.99 - $9.95 S&H
$75 and over is FREE SHIPPING
*Order total is calculated based upon regular product pricing even when ordered items are on sale.
International Shipping:
The shipping charge for shipping international orders is a flat rate of $15 for Canada and $20 for all other international locations. All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail. FREE shipping on order $75.00 and up DOES NOT apply to International orders. The international flat rate is NOT dependant on order totals so it is the same for one pattern and 100 patterns.
If you would like to expedite your shipping or arrange other shipping methods for your international order, you MUST call our office with your order. Please note that additional charges will be added for expedited shipping.
Flat Rate International Rates:
All orders shipping to Canada - $15.00US S&H
All orders shipping to location outside of the US & Canada - $20.00US S&H
Please note the following:
- Packages cannot be tracked through USPS. Therefore we estimate ship times for First Class Mail shipments within the continental US to be 7-10 business days.
- The international shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges. Customs forms will be filled out as required by law with the total value of your package as the total of your order minus the shipping costs.
- We currently ship internationally ONLY via Priority Mail International. If you prefer other methods of international shipping, we may be able to assist. Please contact us at 913-341-5559 for more information.
General Delivery Times
UPS Ground delivers Monday-Friday (excluding some holidays)
Please allow 2-5 days for delivery when shipping via UPS.
USPS delivers Monday-Saturday (excluding standard holidays)
Please allow 7-10 business days when shipping via USPS First Class Mail and 2-3 days when shipping via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority International Mail varies by location.
