If you cannot find a pattern on our website, please note it is probably no longer available and has been discontinued. You are welcome to contact our office via phone or email to inquiry about a specific pattern. We are more than happy to check our storeroom to see if we have any left.
I am having problems with a pattern. What do I do?
If you are having problems or have a question about a pattern, please contact us via phone or email. Be sure in your email you explain your question in detail. Please also check our Pattern Corrections page as this may help to answer your questions.
Do you have a printed catalog?
Sorry but no. Currently our only “catalog” of currently available products is our website.
Do you have a retail store?
We do not have a physical store. Our products can be ordered online via our website or by phone. Please check to see if there is a store in your area that carries our products. We always suggest calling or visiting your local quilt/craft/sewing/hobby shop to see if they carrynthe specific product you are looking for. Ask if they would be willing to order it for you. We are always more than happy to assist local stores in providing you, the retail customer, with our patterns.
